Dubai Festival City will serve as new home for the 10th edition of Skywards Dubai International Jazz Festival, which will see an outstanding line-up of legends, stars and divas converge on a specially designed, acoustically enhanced venue from February 16th to February 24th 2012. A fresh format will celebrate the 10 years of the globally acknowledged festival of jazz across 9 days with three exclusive shows every night, allowing thousands of music enthusiasts a glorious opportunity to listen to some of the finest music genres. The Festival will feature a chilled atmosphere with comfortable seating and seating-free zones and alongside a specially created Food & Beverage zone by InterContinental Hotel-Dubai Festival City.

Terms & Conditions
Each Ticket is valid ONLY on the date shown on its front, and cannot be used or re-used on any other night 
All Ticket Holders have to exchange their ticket with the right wristband at the venue entrance gates 
All Tickets are bar-coded and allow 1 time entry only. 
In case a ticket holder leaves the venue, he/she will not be able to access the venue again 
All Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable; however, 
Chillout Productions “COP” will refund the full value of each ticket in case of event cancellation.
In case of postponing the event, the ticket holder will have the choice to either use the ticket on the new date or get a refund of the paid amount. 
The same applies for the holders of free invitations or complementary tickets – Legal Age for serving alcohol is 21 for all tickets holders Children are welcomed under the full supervision and responsibility of their parents. 
Children below 12 years old will be admitted free of charge to the Standing Area ONLY. 
Children above 12 years old will have to buy tickets at full price. 
After Party access is limited to the wearer of the specific wristband for VIP Terrace, Front Seating and Middle Seating
