• The tournament will be held on 8-15 November 2026 at Hamdan Sports Complex, Dubai.

• Complimentary tickets are available for spectators to attend and enjoy the Qualifying stages of the tournament on 9 & 10 November.

• Yes, there will be limited parking available on a first come first serve basis for General Admission ticket holders.

• VIP tickets include access to premium hospitality areas with dedicated seating, enhanced viewing experience, and complimentary food and beverage service throughout the day. Access to specific VIP zones may vary depending on the ticket category, VIP guests will also have access to dedicated VIP parking.

• VIP areas are located in prime viewing sections of the venue with direct sightlines to the court and easy access to hospitality services. Depending on the VIP ticket category, guests may have access to different designated VIP zones.

• Yes, all food and beverage within the VIP hospitality areas is included as part of the VIP experience.

• Yes, VIP guests will have access to dedicated VIP parking, ensuring a more convenient and seamless arrival experience.

• Yes, VIP ticket holders will have access to dedicated VIP parking ensuring a more convenient and seamless arrival experience.

By accepting, acquiring, and using this ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1 -  By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the event's terms, ticket terms available at platinumlist.net and any applicable ticket use laws and regulations.

2 - You acknowledge and warrant that the ticket is for personal use only and for use at the specified times only. This ticket is non-transferable, non refundable and non-changeable. We may forfeit your ticket if you resell it or try to sell it at a price higher than the value printed on it. We are not obliged to allow entry to anyone with a damaged, forged, or torn ticket, or a lost or stolen ticket. If you fail to provide a valid ticket upon request, we may ask you to leave the stadium. Please note that you are not entitled to a refund or compensation in any of these circumstances.

3 - The stadium operator, stadium owner, organizers, and the Dubai Premier Padel P1 reserve the right, without redeeming the ticket or compensating, to deny entry or to take out any fan who enters the areas designated to the playing ground.

4 - The ticket holder shall be held legally liable (criminal and/or civil) for all his actions, deeds or words considered in violation of the laws. regulations, and circulars in force in the United Arab Emirates.

5 - Possession of lighters, cigarettes, sharp items, animals are prohibited in the stadium, and the ticket holder must adhere to the list of prohibited substances in the stadium, and possession of food and beverages is subject to the policy of the stadium or the event organizer.

6 -  The ticket holder must follow all instructions given by the event organizers, including ushers, stewards, security personnel, and all public authorities. The ticket holder automatically consents for frisking and their personal belongings to be searched at the entry level or any point during the event.

7 -  Dubai Premier Padel P1 have the right to:

(A) Add, cancel, or reschedule an event and/or change advertised programs, prices, stadium, seating arrangements and the number of seats allocated to the public.

(B) Delay / Cancel any event

(C) Dubai Premier Padel P1 exercises its rights under paragraph above, in each case at our sole discretion, within a short time frame.

8 - The stadium operator, the stadium owner, organizers, the Dubai Premier Padel P1, and any other person involved in the organization of the event shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the property of the personal ticket holder. The ticket holder exempts the stadium operator, the stadium owner, organizers, and the Dubai Premier Padel P1  from their responsibility for any damage to personal property that may result from his presence at the stadium.

9 -  The ticket holder agrees to be photographed and filmed or recorded by the Dubai Premier Padel P1 or by any third party designated and/or licensed by the Dubai Premier Padel P1 . The  Dubai Premier Padel P1 or any third party designated and/or licensed by the Dubai Premier Padel P1 is entitled to transmit, publish, license, and use any of these photographs, films, or recordings of the ticket holder globally without any eligibility to get monetary value or any other form of compensation.

10- The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk related attending the Padel match at the stadium, including all the risk of exposure to communicable diseases but not limited to Covid-19, any act of God or any activity which is beyond the control of the organizers, and waives all and any claims against the concerned parties.

11 - The ticket holder grants the Dubai Premier Padel P1 and third parties authorized by the Dubai Premier Padel P1 unrestricted right and license to use worldwide and in proprietary the ticket holders image likeness, actions name voice, and statements in connection with live but delayed broadcast or other transmission or reproduction of the competition.

12 - The ticket holder is unauthorized to film/record, livestream, conduct photography of any of the matches during the tournament or qualifying stages, this is strictly prohibited. This includes any attempt to broadcast, share, or capture the event without explicit permission from the event organizers.

Tuesday, 10 Nov — 1st Round (Men & Women), 4 courts, starting 12:00 PM. Night session (NB) 7:00 PM on Center Court

Wednesday, 11 Nov — 1st Round (Women) & 2nd Round (Men), 4 courts, starting 12:00 PM. Night session 7:00 PM

Thursday, 12 Nov — Round of 16 (Men & Women), 3 courts, starting 12:00 PM. Night session 7:00 PM

Friday, 13 Nov — Quarterfinals (Men & Women), 2 courts, starting 12:00 PM. Night session 7:00 PM

Saturday, 14 Nov — Semifinals: Women 4:00 PM, Men Night session 7:00 PM (Center Court only)

Sunday, 15 Nov — Finals: Women 6:00 PM, Men Night session 8:00 PM (Center Court only)
