• The show is for 12+ age groups only

• The show will be performed entirely in Arabic.

• The show is in Arabic

• ⁠There is paid RTA parking available outside the venue, which is limited. Hence you are encouraged to arrive on time.

• Strictly no photography or videography is allowed upon commencement of the show.

• Gates Open at 7 pm and show commences at 8 pm. Latecomers beyond 10 minutes will be accommodated in the available seats at the back only as the show will be recorded and walking during the show will disrupt the flow of the artist.

• The show is for 12+ age groups only. Additionally, there is no waiting area for kids.

• There are 3 categories in all (VIP & Gold on the Ground Floor and Silver on the 1st floor) and all of them are on general admission (first come first serve basis). Further, there is no lift to access the Silver category. Please keep this in mind before booking tickets. Additionally, there are a few steps up to the auditorium to access VIP and Gold categories and there is no lift for that either.

• ⁠Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed inside the auditorium, however attendees can consume snacks and beverages from the venue or the cafe nearby, which is available on paid basis, ONLY in the foyer area. Only water is permitted inside the auditorium.

• In case of any concerns regarding the tickets, please reach out to the ticketing platform directly. Further in case of technical/operational issues at the venue, the decision of the organizer is final. The tickets are 100% non-refundable barring exceptional situations, which will be discussed between the organizer and the ticketing platform.

• No Vaping/ Smoking is allowed inside/outside the premises. The same will be permitted in designated areas (If any), assigned by the venue.

• Ticket prices are as per sole discretion of the organizer and are dynamic based on the response of the show. The decision of the organizer remains final.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination including heading southwest on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), continuing straight, taking Exit 41 toward Al Thanya Street, following the ramp, taking the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto Al Thanya Street, making a U-turn, and turning right with the destination appearing on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk, you can take buses 12, 93, or F29 to the Thanaya Junction 2 stop, followed by a 15-minute walk. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
