Apurva in Emirates Theater

Soaring Phoenix Events, in association with Rajalakshmi Fine Arts, presents "Apurva", an extravagant evening of Indian classical music featuring a unique jugalbandi that brings together two celebrated musical traditions.

The concert takes place on Friday, 4 December 2026, at 6:30 PM at Emirates Theatre, Emirates International School, Jumeirah, Dubai.

At the heart of Apurva is a special collaboration between the acclaimed vocal duo Ranjani and Gayatri, representing the Carnatic tradition, and renowned sitar artist Purbayan Chatterjee, representing the Hindustani tradition.

Celebrated for their exceptional artistry, these distinguished performers have earned an international fan base and performed at sold-out concerts across the globe.

For the first time, Dubai will host this unique jugalbandi, bringing together these acclaimed artists for a special celebration of Indian classical music.
