A valid photo identification document such as original ID, driving license, or original passport along with matching name on the debit / credit card that was used for purchase must be presented upon arrival.
Online ticket resale is prohibited. Tickets bought via 3rd parties and resellers are considered invalid and entry to the event will be declined.

Any declined entrance, by Atlantis Dubai for any reason, Platinumlist & Atlantis Dubai are not liable to refund tickets.
Refund will not be granted for no-show to the event.

Exchanging of seats / tickets or categories is not allowed.
