This month, we're featuring grapes from Massaya.

Massaya, meaning that magical time of twilight, is the creation of two dynamic brothers who have harnessed the potential of their fabulous terroir to the know-how of two French winemaking dynasties. Together they have applied modern expertise to a centuries old heritage to make wines and arak that are admired around the world and some of the best in Lebanon.

Chef Greg Malouf has created a 7 dish feasting menu, with grape pairing by our industry experts.

Massaya Grape Dinner Menu:
• Sticky veal shank broth with zaatar leaves & wild mushroom manti
• French quail in dukkah crumbs, almond tarator sauce, warm potato salad, smoky paprika & saffron dressing
• Ras kibbeh – Ground lamb & burghul stuffed with cinnamon butter
• Freekeh with fried cauliflower
• Malouf’s Musakhan – French baby chicken baked in saj bread with melting onions & sumac
• Feta spinach with purple shallots & Turkish chilli
• Chocolate Mahalabia - Lebanese style milk chocolate pudding, Arabic coffee cream and crystals
