We hope you all had an amazing summer full of unforgettable memories, crazy experiences and great music! We have been working tirelessly over the summer to create the most forward thinking artist lineups & a whole new layout and feel for the event!
This year we will be hosting two stages and over 50 artists! There are many surprises in store for your experience from the expanded groove market & activities to a whole new audio & visual production. This is the season where we hope to bring electronic music in the region to another level! With so many new faces who care and love this community, we promise we will do our part in bringing you the very best of what the global scene has to offer right here in our own back yard!
We kick off the season with 4 legends in the electronic music industry that have been pushing the boundaries for decades with each their own distinctive sound, which has played a major part in the evolution of techno & house music.

About the artists:
The main stage will feature the debut of Brazil's # 1 artist, Gui Boratto. Gui will be performing his world-renowned live set, which has been praised by promoters and fans alike on the biggest events & festivals in the world. Gui is one of the guys who started it all, never conforming to trends or paying attention to what others are doing, he has always paved his own way and it is this distinctive sound that has got him to the top of the electronic music circuit. His productions show a level of depth that very few in the world have! We cannot wait for his sound to explode the main stage!
Supporting Gui on the main stage is the man, the legend, DJ Hell! Helmut Geier is about to change the way you listen to electronic music. Being one of the originators and most respected DJ's in the world has given him the opportunity to amaze, engage, & educate electronic music listeners on a whole new level. Come with an open mind and prepare to be taken to another dimension, as he will warm up the main stage!
Troy Pierce is a visionary who from the very beginning of the techno & minimal movement came in with such an innovative sound that he turned the heads of Richie Hawtin, Magda, & Marc Houle to an immediate collaboration for many years to come! Troy has been impressing the global community by always thinking out of the box and offering a sound that cannot be duplicated, he will be headlining a mind-bending new experience in our brand new second stage, The Tipi Temple.
Supporting Troy in the Tipi Temple is Ambivalent, another techno legend and debut to Dubai. His sound will deliver an organic approach to electronic music digging back to the roots and delivering a modern interpretation of techno music. Kevin has been working for almost a decade along side Richie Hawtin and the Minus Label, offering some of the most ground breaking productions and performances to ever come from the movement.

Born in 1974 in São Paulo Brazil, Gui Boratto, architect, musician, composer and producer initiated his career in the advertising sector in 1993. From 1994 until 2004 he performed various works for countless record labels both national and international, such as EMI, Virgin, Irma, BMG, Edel, Vidisco, ZYX, among others.
Gui Boratto is A&R and one of the owners, with his partner and brother Tchorta, of the Brazilian independent label, Megamusic, distributed by Trama.
From 2005 he began to dedicate himself to his own productions and compositions, displaying to the public an authoral and more personalized side to his abilities. With countless licenses with respected European labels, such as Plastic City, Circle, Kompakt, Audiomatique, among others, Gui Boratto has managed to appear in the chart and playlists of people like Michael Mayer, Tiefschwarz, Steve Bug, Phonique, Martin Landsky, Hernan Cattaneo, among others.
With respect for his talent growing in the world scene, Gui Boratto is a name to look out for on the Brazilian house, techno and minimal scene.

Growing up in Indiana, right by the electronic hotspots of Detroit and Chicago, it's no wonder Troy Pierce was infected with the dance music bug early on. Since then, he's developed into a pillar of the modern techno community thanks to world tours, live shows, albums and EPs under a number of aliases and as part of more than one studio collective.
The Troy Pierce sound is one which has constantly veered from dense, layered and abstract to stripped down, acid infused and pulsing. His sonic palette is one that draws on a wide array of influences and reaches far outside the confines of the studio and into an otherworld entirely. Fusing techno with minimalism, darkness with light and heaviness with rhythm, this American has never been afraid to experiment in the outer regions of his vast musical universe.
"I like making and playing weird music for weird people - those WTF tracks that stick in your head as a sound from another dimension" says the man whose close association to techno bastion Minus has earned him a deserved and revered reputation during the years since first emerging. Looking ahead though, it will be for his own label, Items & Things (co-run with friends Magda and Marc Houle) that he is most known.
Whilst the rejuvenated label will aim to break new talent and continue its run of underground and intimate Down & Out parties, Troy will also work on his own music: in collaborative effort with his new label mates, on a solo EP on I&T, but also some fresh material from his much-lauded Louderbach alias.
Despite an already impressive list of accolades to his name, Troy Pierce isn't one to sit still. Keen as ever to confound your expectations, Items & Things, new Louderbach music and a number of exciting collaborations such as his latest project "Troy + Reka" are sure to do just that as he enters the next phase of his musical evolution.

An unequivocal industry visionary, DJ Hell's career has embodied and then transcended his many guises: Anti-Superstar DJ, International DeeJay Gigolo Label Boss, GQ Man of the Year, Playboy, Jetsetter, Bon Viveur, Munich Machine, New York Muscle. Seeing, and envisioning - that is of enormous relevance to Hell. He managed to convey pure artistic prowess as well as pure style during his thirty year DJ career. The individual look, the do-it-yourself approach, the elitism. That's how it grew.

Ambivalent’s steady presence in techno over the last 9 years has helped establish him as a credible, reliable voice on underground dancefloors around the world. He’s garnered support from some of the most revered names in the genre, both for his productions and DJ sets. Having released with labels such as Ovum, Cocoon, Mobilee, and Minus he’s developed a broad and loyal following of clubgoers and music fans.
Now the US-born Berlin resident is expanding his profile with two labels garnering an impressive list of followers and fans including Ben UFO, Erol Alkan, Slam, Loco Dice, Adam Beyer, Nina Kravitz, Bicep, Serge (Clone), Josh Wink, Alex Boman, Danny Daze, Jimmy Edgar, Magda, Scuba, Locked Groove, Slam and Eats Everything.
His labels Delft and Valence have quickly become seen as channels for both breaking talent such as Matrixxman, Vin Sol, GoldFFinch and Cause & Effect Men as well as established heroes of the scene such as Alden Tyrell and JPLS.
His DJ sets have recently taken him to some of the best clubs and festivals in the world, including Berghain, Concréte, Output, Village Underground, BPM Festival, Amsterdam Open Air, and many more.
2015 sees Ambivalent growing his audience even wider with labels and releases getting heavy rotation and responses from the top tier of the scene he’s inhabited over a long and fruitful career.
