The 8th edition of the most influential event promoting Italian quality food, design and lifestyle outside of Italy - the Italian Cuisine World Summit is scheduled to take place in Dubai from 7-17 November 2016. A network of over 2,500 chefs and restaurateurs working in over 70 countries in the world in collaboration with some of the best Italian restaurants and hotels in Dubai are associated with this mega summit, including Casa Mia, Le Meridien Dubai’s home-style cooking Italian restaurant.

One of 18 distinctively styled restaurants at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, Casa Mia has been loved by true Italian food lovers in Dubai for the past 23 years.

Casa Mia’s immensely talented Chef Maurzzio and guest Michelin star chef Nicola Fossaceca join hands to create culinary magic and create mouthwateringly delicious dishes for diners. At the helm of the Al Metro restaurant which stands by the stunning Abruzzo, Italy seaside, Chef Nicola's key inspiration is the natural beauty of the sea. His dishes are a perfect balance of a strong passion for cooking, coupled with great attention to materials used; making sure it's of supreme quality.

Supporting the efforts of the chefs is Casa Mia's newly appointed Restaurant Manager Francisco Javier Martin Romo. With 15 years of experience panning through Italy, Spain and now Dubai, Francisco is an expert with his Wines having worked as an F&B consultant & Wine specialist in the duration of his career. He has studied wines and spirits and also achieved Level 3 Award in Wines & Spirits at WSET, London, UK.

The Italian Cuisine World Summit will take place in Dubai from November 7th to 17th, 2016, and will bring the best Italian restaurants, food and grape producers, Michelin-starred chefs and culinary experts together under one roof, with the aim to showcase, celebrate, promote and educate consumers about the beauty of Italian cuisine, its ingredients, and leading manufacturers. Casa Mia will be taking part in the Italian Summit from 8th – 11th of November and offering Italian fare aficionados a feast for their senses. Diners can enjoy a 6-Course tasting menu priced at AED 420 per person.
