The authentic Four-Hands dinner will feature imaginative dishes crafted in harmony by both chefs and presented to diners in two ways; family-sharing style, served directly to the table, and as part of the buffet.
Chef Fernando Rey Golfarine will prepare an array of buffet delights, including a large selection of salads, hot appetizers, flavorful main courses such as Brazilian Feijoada, Bobó de Camarão and Vaca Atolada, along with dessert favorites like Brazilian Lemon Tart and Açaí Cheesecake.
Chef Sebastian Perez will be responsible for serving ready-to-eat platters directly to guests’ tables, including Argentinian-inspired appetizers and mains such as Argentinean Rib Eye and Cabritos a la Cruz, alongside irresistible desserts like Maicenitas.
Argentinian grape brand, Catena will also feature during the special evening, with a dedicated sommelier offering the native grape to guests at a reduced price.
