Chef Jhovani Manalo, Head Chef at 3Fils, is renowned for his culinary expertise and leadership, overseeing everything from ingredient sourcing to creating innovative dishes. 

 

A graduate of Batangas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Jhovani’s career began in the Philippines, where he worked alongside chefs like Roberto Segura and Carlo Garcia Valentino at Waka Restaurant & Bar. His contributions to menu development and high-profile collaborations helped shape his expertise. 

 

Now leading 3Fils, Chef Jhovani continues to push culinary boundaries, offering bold flavors and unforgettable dining experiences.
