For a full refund, cancellation needs to be done 48 hrs before the start of the activity.

Parents must accompany children between the ages of 4-12 yrs. Children below the age of 4 are not allowed to enter the falaj.

Note that the first session of the day starts at 10:00 AM and the last session will end at 7:00 PM.
The meeting point is at the Falaj.

By car: You can easily reach your destination via Dubai Hatta Rd. GPS Navigation is strongly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or using a ride-hailing app.

By public transportation: You can easily reach your destination from Dubai by taking Bus 53 (International City Bus Stn) to the Dragon Mart 2 External stop, followed by the E16 (Hatta) Bus to the Hatta, Emirates NBD-1 stop.

Lastly, take a three-minute walk and catch the H04 bus (Hatta Dam) from the Hatta, Leem Lake bus stop to the Hatta, Hatta Water Dam 1 bus stop, and take a short walk from there.
