Begin your Saturday morning with a yoga session that’s energizing, mindful, and completely immersive.

Led by Seetal, a fitness and health expert with 25 years of experience, this bi-weekly class is designed for all levels —from relaxation seekers to those craving an intense full-body workout.

Seetal’s approach makes yoga fun, powerful, and dynamic, mindful movement with her signature motto: “Train insane combiningor remain the same.” But at TODA, this isn’t just yoga—it’s immersive yoga.

Flow beneath waterfalls, stretch in the Arctic, balance on ocean waves, or meditate in the clouds. Every session is a new journey, surrounding you with stunning 360° visuals that transport you beyond the everyday.

Kindly bring your mat and towel for comfort, as TODA is not equipped as a yoga studio.

Please note that guests who are at the age of 13-16 y.o. must be accompanied by adults.

Minimum Age: The event is open to guests aged 13 and above.
Preparation: Bring your mat and blanket to ensure maximum comfort during the session.
Duration: The event lasts 1.5 hours, starting promptly at 10:00 AM. Arrive early for smooth entry.
Venue Location: The Theatre of Digital Art offers immersive experiences, so be prepared for dim lighting and a serene atmosphere.
Parking: 3-hour parking validation is included, ensuring hassle-free access.
Check-In Details: Kindly note that it is the guest’s responsibility to check for traffic, roadblocks, and any other potential delays when planning your trip to TODA. Taking these precautions will help ensure a smooth journey and timely arrival.
Important Reminder: To make your visit smooth, consider using the convenient drop-off area at the main entrance or arriving at least 30 minutes early to secure parking. Nearby RTA parking options include The Mall and Police Academy. If parked inside Souk Madinat, we’re happy to validate your parking for three hours—don't forget to approach our box office. By car: Take Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) towards Dubai and exit at interchange 5. Merge onto Umm Suqeim Road (D63) and follow the signs to Souk Madinat Jumeirah. Once inside the Madinat Jumeirah complex, follow the internal roads to the parking areas near the souk.

By public transportation: Take the Dubai Metro to the Mall of the Emirates station. From there, you can take a taxi or use a ride-sharing service for a short distance to the entrance of Souk Madinat Jumeirah.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi or request a ride-hailing service to the Madinat Jumeirah complex from anywhere in Dubai. It is a famous destination, and most drivers will be familiar with the location.
