Join us at our monthly Lebanese Winemaker Series at Zahira. This month, we're featuring grape from Château Musar, a family winery located in a 18th Century castle in Ghazir, Lebanon.

Chef Greg Malouf has created a 7 dish feasting menu, with grape pairing by our industry experts.

Château Musar Dinner Menu:
• Seafood Eshkeneh - Persian style rockfish soup with fenugreek and egg threads
• Kafta nayee- Middle Eastern style beef tartare with basil, marjoram, smoky chilli and yoghurt bread
• Duck ‘Laban Immo’ with smoked veal tongue, chickpeas and fresh broad beans
• Veal rib eye on the bone, spinach gözleme, creamy freekeh with pumpkin & pearl onions
• Salad-e Shirazi with edible flowers
• Warm melting leek salad, house shankleesh cheese, bastourma and pumpkin seeds
• Rose petal jam ice cream, plum jelly and blackcurrant granita


Joining Chef Greg will be Château Musar’s winemaker Bernard Abdelmassih.
