Suhoor at PLAY

To cater to those guests seeking an unforgettable Suhoor option, PLAY has prepared a selection of à la carte options and Ramadan special offers. A ‘Cold Mezze’ package will present nine different dishes that will include tomato tartar, smoked salmon, Baba Ganoush and PLAY spring rolls. The ‘Hot Mezze’ menu option will include: fatayeh with cheese, black cod croquettes, cauliflower tempura, falafel and crispy beef. For those seeking something a little different for Suhoor, the PLAY sushi will include dishes such as prawn teriyaki, avocado maki, king crab maki and chicken katsu maki.

Other Suhoor staples such as the ‘Grill Platter’ for two with dishes such as Wagyu skewer, lamb skewer, shish taouk and PLAY’s famed mini Wagyu bao burger will cater to the meat lovers. In addition the Seafood Platter with everything from grilled whole Omani lobster and tiger prawns to stuffed squid and teriyaki salmon as a Suhoor option to bring palates to attention.
