A huge thank you to the staff at XDubai Kite Beach for assisting us so quickly when my husband took a bad tumble on a rail - we are very grateful for the support, which got us through the initial trauma we felt. My husband is ok and - apart from a minor fracture of his nose - his injuries are all superficial and will heal quickly. He will certainly skate again!

Gear up and enjoy an exciting skating experience at the region’s only state-of-the-art skate park with two dynamic areas featuring multiple activities spread across a space of 3100 meter on Kite Beach, Dubai.

The Playground – Parkour space, climbing structure and calisthenics as well as XDubai Skatepark
The DJ tower - Enjoy slow-paced activities such as ping pong, giant chess, and giant jenga.
Witness spectacular views of Kite Beach from the skateboard park.

Rental skateboards and scooters are available at the venue.

XPark by Etisalat ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable.
Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises.

XPark by Etisalat Dress Code: Casual, sporty, and comfortable clothing is allowed in the park. Dresses, skirts, and beachwear are not allowed. Wear trainers or closed-toe footwear, no flip-flops, sandals, high heels, or loose shoes allowed.

XPark by Etisalat Age and Health Restrictions

◦ Participants need to be 4 years or older to access the facilities at XPark.
◦ Participants need to be healthy and feel good.
◦ Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in XPark facilities for safety reasons.

By car: XPark by Etisalat is located at Kite Beach, which is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in the nearby public parking for a small fee.

By public transportation: The beach is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Onpassive metro station and take a short cab ride the beach.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the beach from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
