From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
Specialised workshop timings: every weekend 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Sketching and note-taking is welcome in the museum with dry media (pencil and erasers only). Crayons, markers, wet materials, and ink pens are not allowed in the galleries.

Photography is allowed for personal use only. Photography for commercial purposes is prohibited without a prior permit application.

By car: Al Shindagha Museum is located in Fahidi District and is easily accessible by car. You can park your car in the museum’s parking free of cost.

By public transportation: The museum is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at Ghubaiba Metro station and access the location within a short walk.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the museum from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.

I love everything about the museum. All the people or personnel are friendly and accomodating. The place has a lot of historical value. This is the best place to learn about dubai's history.
