• Visitors are not allowed to bring food and beverages with them.
• Tour ticket enables access to the 25 th floor and inside Burj Arab only.
• Be advised to arrive 15 minutes earlier to take your ticket and have a valid photo ID with you.
• Please mind that the tickets are non-refundable or transferable and valid only for the time slot and date marked on your confirmation.
• In case of late arrival, guests may join the next tour when it is available and may be asked to pay an additional charge.

• By Public Transport.
• By Bus: Buses 8, 81 and X28 stop near Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
• By Metro: Mall of Emirates is the closest metro station.
• Taxi: take a taxi to get from Mall of Emirates metro station or another place of the city, and get off at the Inside Burj Al Arab ticket lounge.
• By Car: Drive to Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Valet parking is at the disposal of the guests who would like to attend the Inside Burj Al Arab tour. Staff will show you the way from the parking zone to the ticketing lounge. There is a convenient drop off zone near the ticketing lounge.
