Release your stress in a unique way at UAE’s only smash room. This unique concept allows you to smash, break, and throw around things in their dedicated rooms to allow you to give an outlet to your negative feelings and take them all out.

Timing: 
12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 

Ramadan Timing's:

• Weekdays: (Monday – Thursday) : from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Weekends: (Friday – Sunday) : from 1:00 PM to 12:00 midnight

Ticket Information: 

• Bookings for The Smash Room are final and non-refundable (except in case of bad weather)
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises.
• Please carry a valid photo ID with you.


Important things to know before your visit

• The Smash Room Dubai Dress Code: Casual, appropriate clothing is allowed during the tour.  You will be provided protective gear at the venue. Please wear closed, protective shoes for safety.

• The Smash Room Dubai Age and Health Restrictions:
   ◦ All participants should be older than 5 years.
   ◦ Participants under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.
   ◦ Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this activity.

How to get there:

By car: The Smash Room is located in Al Quoz, which is easily accessible by car. You can  park the car in the designated public parking for a small fee. 

By public transportation: The Smash Room is easily accessible by public transport If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Mall Of The Emirates station and take a short bus or taxi ride to the location. 

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the location from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
