Q: How much is the price of the ticket?

A:The ticket price is: AED 300 per person. Children 3 years old and below - Free of charge as long as they sit on parent’s lap

Q: What time does the event start?

A:The doors open at 16:00. Due to the unique nature of the show, guests must be in their seats by 17:40. The show is 30 mins long.

Q: What language is the show?

A: The show will be in Arabic and English, supported by simultaneous translations in UN languages: Arabic, English, French, Mandarin, Spanish, and Russian.

Q: Are the tickets dated?

A: Yes, tickets are dated, and guests must attend on the date stated on the ticket/confirmation.

Q: Can I choose my seat when booking online or onsite?  

A: No, it is free seating on a first come first serve basis.

Q: If I buy a ticket and am not coming, can I give my ticket to someone else?

A: Yes, however the ticket is single entry only.

Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

A: Refunds are possible only if the show is cancelled.

Q: I booked the wrong date; can I change it?

A: Yes, email Platinumlist customer service at helpcenter@platinumlist.net at least 24h before the date on the booked ticket. You will be asked to purchase a new ticket for the desired date and you will get the old one reimbursed.

Q: If I lose my ticket, where can I get a replacement?

A: Your tickets can be resent to the email address used for purchase, this can be done by emailing Platinumlist customer services at helpcenter@platinumlist.net or at the on-site ticket office at the Expo City Dubai Jubilee Park Entrance.

Q: Where can I buy a ticket on-site?

A: We have a ticketing office at the main entrance.

Q: I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?

A: tickets can be purchased on-site at the Expo City Dubai Jubilee Park ticket office by cash and credit or debit card.

Q: What does the ticket include?

A: The ticket includes entrance to the event. There will be vendors selling light snacks and drinks within the venue. There will also be Union Day branded merchandise for sale in the guest areas.

Q: Is home-brought F&B allowed?

A:Food & Beverage is not permitted to be brought inside the venue. There will be vendors selling light snacks and drinks within the venue.

PARKING
Q:What is the best place to park / How do I get there?

A: General parking is available in Jubilee, B Parking - https://maps.app.goo.gl/mzsUhhk6HMDSW2Z78?g_st=iw. There is also an Expo Mover bus stop at the Mobility terminal for guests arriving by Metro. Please allow 30-40 minutes from the Expo City Metro Station.

Q: Do you have VIP parking or valet service?

A: There is no VIP parking or valet service.

Q: Is there a dress code for the event?

A: Please adhere to respectful clothing.

Q: Are we allowed to bring a professional camera to the show?

A: Professional cameras are not allowed inside the venue.

Q: Are strollers allowed?

A: Strollers are allowed inside the venue however it is not allowed inside the grandstand.
