Please note : Upon purchasing a ticket, customers are required to collect access badges to enter the Downtown area on the 31st December. These badges issuance date will be announced shortly and these are to be collected from the external Box Office located at Dubai Opera

⏰ 18:00: Doors Open Get ready to enter a realm of enchantment as we swing wide our gates to greet you for a night of sophistication and thrill at the New Year's Eve Party. Anticipate sky-high celebrations and an evening pulsating with elegance and excitement.

🎺 20:00: Dubai Opera Big Band (with dinner service) Experience the Dubai Opera Big Band in downtown Dubai, reliving the golden jazz era at our NYE Party. Delight in dinner service while you're transported by enchanting tunes.

🎸 22:00: Fantastic Negrito (no dinner service during the show) Fantastic Negrito, the Grammy-winning American musician, will take the stage to mesmerize you with his unique blend of blues, rock, and soul. His powerful vocals and thought-provoking lyrics promise a musical experience like no other.

🎆 23:45: Move to the Promenade for Fireworks As the clock approaches midnight, we'll move to the Promenade, where a breathtaking display of Burj Khalifa fireworks will light up the Dubai skyline, setting the stage for a memorable countdown.

🎧 00:30 - 03:30: DJ Slim The celebration doesn't end with the fireworks! DJ Slim, the renowned DJ and music producer, will keep the energy high with his dynamic mixes, ensuring the dance floor stays alive well into the early hours of the new year.

🎶 Dubai Opera Big Band, Fantastic Negrito, and DJ Slim will create an atmosphere of magic, music, and merriment like no other.

The dining experience commences at 8:00 PM and extends until 10:00 PM during the New Year's Eve Gala. To relish the full gastronomic delight and ensure you don't miss out, we highly advise prompt arrival, as no dinner service will be accessible beyond 10:00 PM. Immerse yourself in live music while enjoying the delectable dining experience between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM at the Gala.

2. What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes a sumptuous dinner and complimentary beverages from 6:00 PM until 12:30 AM. 4. Is there an age restriction for this event?

The New Year's Eve Gala is restricted to 12+ and above. children below 16 years should be accompanied by an adult of 21+ age. Please note that alcoholic beverages will only be served to individuals aged 21 and over, and we offer a delightful range of non-alcoholic options for our younger guests.

5. What should I wear to the event?

While we highly recommend securing your tickets in advance to guarantee your entry and preferred seating, limited tickets may be available for purchase at the door, subject to availability. However, it's advisable to book early to avoid disappointment.

• This ticket must be produced to gain entry into an event.
• Removing any part of, altering or defacing the ticket may invalidate it.
• This ticket must not, without the prior written consent of Dubai Opera, be resold or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes, if not the ticket will be cancelled immediately.
• This ticket is only valid for the specific date, time and event shown.
• Dubai Opera does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances. Dubai Opera at its sole discretion may only refund or exchange a ticket if an event is cancelled or rescheduled and you cannot attend the rescheduled event. This includes, but is not limited to, any circumstances related to Covid-19 which might prevent you from attending.
• Dubai Opera can only replace lost, stolen or damaged tickets if the authenticity of the ticket can be verified, including proof of purchase, subject to replacement fee.
• Dubai Opera reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice
• Admission to an event is subject to Dubai Opera’s Conditions of Entry which can be found on Dubai Opera’s website www.dubaiopera.com
• Where concessions are applicable, valid proof of identity and concession entitlement must be provided for collection of tickets at the event.
• Entry to the event may be subject to age restrictions specified in Dubai Opera’s website www.dubaiopera.com or in publicity for the event, and no refund will be made on the grounds that the ticket holder was not aware of such age restrictions.Children below 16 years must be accompanied by an adult
• Dubai Opera reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the event by others.
• The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
• Patrons arriving late to a performance will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break. Latecomers may be seated in alternate seat locations to avoid disruption of the performance.
• The use of mobile phones, camera and other electronic devised inside the auditorium are prohibited. Exceptions may occur depending on the type of event.
• The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
• Food & Beverage purchased outside Dubai Opera are not permitted. Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the auditorium. This applies before the show, during the show and during the intermission. Exceptions may occur depending on the type of event.
