By purchasing a ticket for The Bay by Social Epic New Year’s Eve Celebration, you and your family can enjoy Live entertainment, food, live performances & a display for fireworks, and guaranteed uninterrupted views of the NYE celebration and shows.

Tickets are available for purchase online or at The Bay by Social entry desk on 31st December.
Tickets purchased or sold are nonrefundable 72 hours before the event.
Entry to the venue is restricted with wristbands issued by The Bay by Social
Tickets and redeemable food vouchers are valid only on the day 31st December 2023
A variety of food trucks, stalls, live performances, Fireworks, and other amenities will be available.

The following items are prohibited from the event:

Weapons of any kind
Alcohol
Glass containers of fireworks or other explosives
Pets
No food is to be carried into the venue

The Bay by Social, Dubai Festival City, Festival Bay reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone in possession of prohibited items.
For the safety and security of all attendees, security personnel will conduct bag checks and screening at the entry gate.
Please cooperate with these security measures to ensure a smooth entry process

This ticket is for admission to The Bay by Social, Dubai Festival City, Festival Bay on December 31, 2023.
The ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for commercial gain.
The ticket holder must have a valid wristband to enter The Bay by Social, Dubai Festival City, Festival Bay.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 holding a valid ticket.
Children and infants under the age of 5 years old will be granted free access to Festival Bay.
The event is an outdoor celebration. Attendees should be prepared for varying weather conditions, and it is recommended to dress appropriately for the weather.
The event will proceed as planned unless there are extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk. In case of any weather-related updates or changes to the event schedule, announcements will be made on our official website and social media channels.
While we make every effort to ensure the event proceeds as planned, in exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, The Bay by Social reserves the right to cancel the event. In such cases, attendees will be informed through the contact information provided during ticket purchase

By bus: To reach the Dubai Festival City, you can get on buses numbered 44 or 53 and get off at Dubai Festival City bus station. After a short walk, you will reach your destination.

By taxi: Taxis and transportation services such as Uber are widely available in Dubai. You can reach Dubai Festival City with ease by taking a taxi.
