Ain Dubai ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable
Those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+
Please arrive 30 minutes before your designated time slot to ensure a smooth experience
Expect some waiting time during peak hours; staff will assist in starting your experience promptly
Children under 3 years old are free but need a complimentary ticket from the website or ticket booths
Guests traveling as a group may not always be in the same cabin.
This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time indicated on it and will automatically expire thereafter. The ticket can be used only once and cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for any reason whether before or after its expiry.
Holders of a child ticket (ages 3 to under 12 years) are required to present valid identity document as proof of age at Ain Dubai entrance, otherwise entrance to Ain Dubai will not be allowed and the ticket will NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED under any circumstances.
Holders of a child ticket must always be accompanied by an adult (21+ of age) during their visit to Ain Dubai. The visit will be at the risk of the accompanying adult and/or guardian.
Please note that during peak times there may be some waiting time. Don’t worry, our team will be working to get your Ain Dubai experience started as soon as possible!

Refunds for tickets purchased online are only available in the case of a Force Majeure Event. If Ain Dubai is closed for an entire day, you’ll receive a full refund. Partial-day closures allow rescheduling. No refunds are provided for missed bookings.

By car: Ain Dubai is easily accessible by car. If you're in Dubai, follow the E11 highway and take the turnoff for Bluewaters Island. From Abu Dhabi: Follow the E10 and E11 highways to Dubai. Take exit 29.

By public transportation: Take the Dubai Metro to the Sobha Realty Station in Dubai Marina, and then take the Dubai Tram to Jumeirah Beach Residence. Walk across the footbridge to Bluewaters Island. Take a taxi to Bluewaters Island

By taxi: You can take a taxi to Ain Dubai from anywhere in the city. It's a popular destination and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
