One of the world’s best known DJs and producers, Bob Sinclar is the owner of Yellow Productions, which has worked with high profile artists including Dimitri From Paris, Kid Loco, Salome de Bahia, Michael Calfan and many more. Inspired by funk and hip hop, he started DJing in 1986, taking his DJ name from a character in the famous french spy movie 'Le Magnifique' with Jean-Paul Belmondo. Since the late 90s, Sinclar has produced six studio albums, including Paradise, Champs Elysées, III, Western Dream, Born in 69 and Disco Crash. He’s collaborated with a wide range of artists, with different musical styles, such as Sean Paul, Pitbull, Shaggy, Lionel Richie, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, the Sugarhill Gang and many more. Known for his smooth, disco-tinged house, and his flair for blending vocals, instrumentals and rhythms into one soaring, euphoric set, Sinclar marches to the beat of his own tune, whether it’s the disco-tastic delights of ‘World Hold On’ and ‘Love Generation’, the deep and soulful beats of his Africanism movement, or his love of reggae and dance hall that has dominated his recent production work.
