Ixsir Grape Dinner

You're invited to our Lebanese Winemaker Series at Zahira.

This month, we're featuring wines from IXSIR. IXSIR vineyards are spread across the mountains of Lebanon on clay-calcareous and limestone soil, from Batroun to Jezzine, benefiting from the unique microclimates Lebanon has to offer. IXSIR vineyards culminate at an altitude of 1,800 m, making them the highest in the Northern Hemisphere.

Chef Greg Malouf has created a 7 dish feasting menu, with wine pairing by our industry experts.

Ixsir Dinner Menu:
• Fruits of the sea à la Turquoise with fennel, organic carrots and toum butter
• French chicken livers in olive brioche crumbs with leeks, fava beans, preserved lime and honey
• Poached fried pigeon, Turkish black chilli salt and melting onion salad with shankleesh
• Australian Saltbush lamb shoulder, orzo pasta, zhoug, broad beans and artichokes in parmesan – pumpkin seed crumbs
• Hazelnut tabbouleh
• Whipped potato with goat cheese
