A long Sunday lunch at SANA. Gather friends and family around the table for SANA SUNDAYS, a leisurely afternoon with an Uzbek & Middle Eastern sharing menu, live Uzbek musicians, a DJ and kids entertainment. Every Sunday from 12 PM to 4 PM, lunch unfolds course by course. Start with Uzbek tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh greens and pickles, alongside warm baked non. Sharing salads and dips follow: Tashkent salad, babaganush, hummus and feta with red pepper.

Next comes SANA’s signature hash, served steaming with baked bone marrow and garlic. For the main course, the chef carves slow-cooked wagyu beef cheek at your table and serves it with potato puree. Finish with Uzbek sweets and your choice of baklava, medovik or napoleon. Live Uzbek musicians and a DJ set the mood throughout the afternoon, with kids entertainment for younger guests. Settle in, share good food and take your time over Sunday lunch at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, Dubai.

There are three packages: non-alcoholic, house or premium.

Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
Unselected or upgraded beverages outside of the purchased package tier.
Hotel transfer or transportation services

Ticket Policy: All brunch package sales are final. Advance booked and prepaid brunch packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer.
Entry Requirements: Please present a valid proof of purchase (printed or digital) at the entrance.
Entry may be denied if the proof of purchase is invalid, duplicated, or already used.
Arrival & Seating: Guests are advised to arrive early to ensure smooth entry. Seating is planned in advance and last moment adjustments requests on the spot will be taken into consideration, if current seating plan allows it.
Late arrivals wont be compensated time of the packages and same wont be prolonged.
Age Policy: Our brunch is family friendly and guests of any age are welcome to join us.
Safety & Security: No food nor beverage from the outside will be permitted to be consumed in the restaurant.
Photography & Media: By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform the event staff.

Arriving by car you can avail the complementary valet parking service provided at the main entrance of the hotel.
