Arts DAO Fest has a zero-tolerance policy towards underage consumption of alcohol. Violators will be removed from the venue and are subject to possible prosecution under the law.
Arts DAO Fest has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment of any kind. Violators will be removed from the venue at the Sole discretion of festival management and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Upon entry, customers if asked must display a valid photo identification document such as an original national ID, driving licence, or original passport
Online ticket resale is prohibited. If the ticket is bought via a reseller such as Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, or Dubizzle it is considered invalid, and entry to the event will be declined.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be of the correct age required to enter the event. It is the customers' responsibility to abide by the dress code set by the event organiser if any.
If the customer has declined entry by the event organiser for any reason, Platinumlist is not liable to refund the tickets.
It is the responsibility of the customer to attend the event at the correct time. Non-attended events will not be refunded by Platinumlist.

By car: Drive along Al Jaddi Street and follow the signs until you arrive at The Agenda Venues FZC.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the venue from anywhere in Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
