Huge queue in the entrance and the exit, not accepted. Over booking tickets making the queue huge. Plus the way how the vip and premium people managed is weird. Vip and premium guests should not use the same elevators as normal tickets this is create a big frustration! People is waiting in the queue for more than 45min this is unacceptable
