Iftar and Suhour at Al Maeda

DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah is crafting a Ramadan menu like no other at its signature restaurant Al-Maeda; offering a traditional Ramadan Iftar and Sohour inspired by the most popular Levant and North Africa dishes.

Boasting modern elegance in a family friendly atmosphere, the restaurant will be serving up a selection of signature dishes to include the Traditional Moroccan Tagine, a delicious Lentil Soup and for dessert a sweet Um Ali. Prepared under the guidance of Chef Lawrence Alnajjad guests will be able to enjoy over 20 dishes from the specially created menu. “Thepreparation for the holy month of Ramadan is very important for us, we want to make sure every Iftar and Suhoor is wholesome and rich ready to be enjoyed amongst family members and friends”, says Lawrence Alnajjad, Al-Maeda Sous Chef.

To enhance the Iftar dining experience, guests can discover the talent of the Emirati artist Ahmed Al Muhairi who will be showcasing his work throughout the month. Guests are also invited to participate in a raffle draw to win a Mussandam Dhow Cruise for two with every 100 AED spent.

Al-Maeda daily operation hours:

7:00pm to 2:00am
Iftar buffet will be served every day from sunset to 9:00pm
Sohour will be available from 9:00pm to 2:00am
