Born in Alba in 1987, Gabriele Boffa took his first steps in the kitchen thanks to his grandmothers, who taught him with extreme spontaneity love for raw materials, but especially for the Langhe, land where food and wine is synonymous of life .
He promises a menu that will capture all your senses with its strong and unique flavours.

Joining Gabriele will be Carlo Caporicci, the founder of San Pietro a Pettine, a company located in Umbria in Italy, responsible for decades of cultivation, harvesting, and processing of white and black truffles.
