DXBLaughs: John Bishop Winging It

John Bishop returns to Dubai following his sold-out 2014 show on Thursday 14th December at the Dubai World Trade Centre with his brand new arena show, Winging It.

Starting this autumn, John will be touring the UK with Winging It performing more than 50 arena shows, beginning in Belfast in October. Winging it is John’s fifth UK tour following his most recent ‘Supersonic’ tour which was seen by over 500,000 ticket holders. John also has an extensive catalogue of television work with comedy, entertainment and documentary shows including ‘John Bishop’s Britain, John Bishop’s Gorilla Adventure & The John Bishop Show’ all featuring on the UK’s BBC channels.

More recently, John has been turned his hand to something completely different – interviewing. A new TV series called ‘John Bishop: In Conversation With…’ sees him chatting, one on one, with some of the biggest names from the world of entertainment, sport and music to discover the people behind the public persona, in a series of intimate and revealing one hour interviews.

John says: "I'm very much looking forward to being back in Dubai - there really is nothing like performing stand-up in front of a live audience. The new show is called Winging It, and in some respects having come to comedy relatively late, it sometimes feels like that’s what I'm doing in life! But I'm enjoying every minute of it."
