• All guests are to wear masks when in public areas e.g. washrooms, queues, food & beverage areas. Failure to comply will result in refusal of entry with no refunds provided 
• All guests will be required to have a temperature check upon arrival at the venue. Failure to comply will result in refusal of entry with no refunds provided 
• If a guest records a temperature above guidelines they will be required to enter the isolation area where a second check will be carried out after 10mins. Should they again fail this check entry will be refused with no refunds provided 
• Queuing systems will be in line with social distancing regulations & in place throughout the venue 
• Seats allocated at the time of booking are non-exchangeable & non-refundable
