• Kids under 12 years are eligible for 1 complimentary ticket per paying adult with the following conditions.
• Booking period & Offer validity: 01st May to 31st Aug 2024
• During the campaign, free entry is offered to children under 12 years when accompanied by a paying adult and normal charges will apply if there are additional children.(e.g. For 2 paying adults and 3 children, 2 children will go free, and the 3rd child will pay for a ticket)
• The team at View at the Palm will allow children under 12 years to enter for free when the accompanying adult presents a ticket at the ticketing counter.

• The View Palm ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• Visitors are not allowed to bring food, beverages, glassware or alcohol into the building.

• Please carry a valid photo ID.

• Dress Code: Casual and decent clothing is permitted during the tour. Swimwear is not permitted.

• Age and health restrictions: Visiting The View is suitable for all ages and people, including pregnant mothers.

• Accessibility for People of Determination: The View experience is fully wheelchair accessible while the View Next Level experience on Level 54 is only accessible via stairs.

By car: The View Palm is located inside Nakheel Mall and is easily accessible by car. You can park your car in the mall's car park for free.

By Public Transport: The mall is easily accessible by public transport. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at Al Khail Metro Station and take the tram to Nakheel Mall from Palm Gateway Station which is a short walk away.

By Taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It is a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
