Reschedule and cancellation can be done with at least 14 days' prior notice.  

By car: To reach your destination take the Palm Jumeirah Rd, then take a slight left onto the ramp to Al Ittihad Park Entrance B/Golden Mile 1-10/Residences South, continue onto Palm Jumeirah Rd, keep left to stay on Palm Jumeirah Rd, and turn right to find your destination on the left.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.

By public transportation: Take the MRed line to the Al Khail Metro Station and take a three-minute walk to the Palm Gateway Monorail stop to take the NB Monorail (Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark Monorail Station) to Al Nakheel Mall stop, and take a minute's walk from there.
