• Enjoy unique Dubai experiences such as drone adventures in futuristic Dubai, cinematic landmarks such as John Wick Chronicles, and multiplayer virtual reality games such as The Float, ensuring an entertaining outing for families.

• Pay & Play permit at Play DXB Dubai
• The permit is valid for one person only and can be used on the same day. It does not include retail, arcade games, food, or drinks.
• You can access each ride only once at PlayDXB (no duplicates allowed).

• A digital gate card fee of 5 UAE dirhams is charged to visitors and is payable upon arrival.

• Weekdays: From 10:00 to 00:00
• Weekend: From 10:00 to 01:00

• Please make sure you have a valid ID card or passport with you for the duration of the activity.
• A fee of 5 UAE dirhams will be charged for the digital gateway card for visitors at Play DXB, and this is a non-negotiable decision.

• Normal age, height, and weight restrictions apply to all experiences and adventures.
• The minimum height for adults should be over 120 cm and for children it should be less than 120 cm.
• Children should always be accompanied by an adult or guardian during a tour or visit to experiences and adventures.
• The operator may refuse entry to unaccompanied children for safety reasons, so please follow the child policy at all times.
  
  Guests must arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time, as per your booking.

By car: PlayDXB Dubai is located in The Dubai Mall, which is easily accessible by car, and you can park in The Dubai Mall parking lot for free.

By public transport: The mall is easily accessible by public transport. If you are using the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk to the mall via an air-conditioned bridge.

By taxi: You can also use a taxi to get to the mall from anywhere in Dubai, as it is a popular destination and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
