Rone Jaxx also known as one of the sole pioneers of Urban Music in the Middle East, started his musical journey at the age of 14, back in the early 90’s, deejaying/mc’ing in spontaneous venues all over U.A.E.
Also known for grabbing the mic while DJing and battling mc’s …….His destiny was inevitable.
Early 2000, Rone took his production to another level with the release of his single “Here I come” by his former group Jaxxma.

Since then he has produced tracks and featured with various indie artists in the UAE, Lebanon, Canada, U.K, and U.S.

Rone was and is the only known talent in the region till date who can rap, DJ, produce and write songs, and do them with equal skill and passion.

Rone has been on radio since the year 2000 starting his first Live Mix Show on Radio1 Dubai with “crazy spin”.
Currently a resident on Radio1 Dubai (www.myradio1.ae) with his show “URBAN EDUCATION” which started airing from 2005 till date schooling you on classic, unreleased, latest urban flavors

Recently Rone has focused on production and plans to make a big comeback with the release of his Solo Album Nov/Dec 2011, making fly high his first single. It is fair to say that Rone has been one of the most influential in pioneering Dubai’s RnB & HipHop scene, but according to Rone, he’s just getting started.
