Downtown Design is the Middle East’s leading design fair and the anchor event of Dubai Design Week. Bringing together international brands, regional studios, and emerging talent, the fair showcases contemporary and high-quality design through new collections, innovative products, and creative installations across furniture, lighting, textiles, materials, and more.

Global Exhibitors: From global icons to rising talent, discover a curated selection of design brands and makers from all corners of the world, alongside pop-up showcases, creative concepts, and engaging programming.
Regional Spotlight: Meet some of the leading designers and studios from the region alongside emerging talent shaping the future of design.
Immersive Programme: As part of Dubai Design Week, the region’s leading design festival, visitors can explore an engaging programme of immersive installations, workshops, and a weekend marketplace with an array of food and beverage experiences across Dubai Design District (d3).
Design Networking & Trade Access: Connect with designers, architects, makers, and industry professionals. Open to professionals and design enthusiasts.

Purchasing a ticket means accepting these terms and conditions.

2. Buy Tickets

Tickets may be subject to additional fees, taxes, or charges.

3. Refund Policy

Customers are eligible to submit a written refund request to Platinumlist within 48 hours of the announcement of event cancellation or postponement under the following circumstances:
The event is canceled for any reason.
The fair organizers reschedule the performance to a different date.
The event start or end time is significantly changed (four hours or more from the announced time).
The event is postponed for any reason.
The event is relocated to a new venue more than 40 km away from the original location, or if the new venue is unsuitable.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or cancel the event.
If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be given in accordance with the refund policy.

5. Possibility of Transferring Tickets

Tickets can be transferred via the Platinumlist App.

6. Entry Requirements

Attendees will be required to show their purchased tickets to gain entry

7. Code of Conduct

Attendees must adhere to the event rules and code of conduct.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

Attendees participate at their own risk, and the organizer does not bear responsibility for any accidents or injuries.
By attending, attendees waive any claims against the event organizers.

9. Lost or Stolen Tickets

The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

10. Force Majeure

The organizer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that may affect the event.
In such cases, the event organizers will take appropriate measures and communicate with attendees.

11. Changing Location

Event management reserves the right to make changes to the venue location.
Attendees will be informed of important changes in advance.

12. Compliance with Laws

Attendees must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading toward Ras Al Khor Road/E44, taking exit 30 to Dubai–Al Ain Road/E66, following the ramps to Al Khail Road, and turning left to reach the destination on the left. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: Take bus D03 to the Dubai Design District 1 bus stop. From there, shuttle buses will be available to take you directly to the exhibition.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.

To ensure a seamless experience, we highly recommend arriving via taxi or public transportation. Visitors who prefer to drive, paid valet parking is available at the venue entrance, alongside additional parking within the Dubai Design District (free for the first 2 hours). A dedicated bus shuttle service is available to transport guests from designated pickup and drop-off locations within the district directly to the exhibition.
