The road to fitness starts here

If you’re looking to get into shape but not sure where to start, don’t miss the Middle East’s largest fitness expo taking place on 17 and 18 November at The Dubai Mall. Coinciding with UAE National Sports Day, this exhibition is filled with celebrity athlete appearances, competitions, seminars and more than 100 live shows.

Make this a family event as you meet the top minds and brands of the global health and fitness industry. Big names like Michelle Lewin, Jeff Seid, Mike O’Hearn, Shawn Ray, Sadik Hadzovic, Mona Muresan and Ryall Graber will attend. Explore over 300 brand booths and get inspired by new fitness activities, a Strong Woman Competition and prize giveaways.

Bring friends and family out to join the group workshops, created for different age groups and fitness abilities – including Les Mills, yoga, Zumba, mixed martial arts, parkour, Muay Thai and bodybuilding. Even your little ones can unleash their inner Bruce Lee with kung fu lessons.

Fitness Expo Dubai takes place during the Dubai Fitness Challenge, which aims to get you active for 30 minutes daily for 30 days. Get involved from 20 October to 18 November 2017 in this citywide fitness initiative.

If you can’t get enough of these fitness events, the Dubai Fitness Challenge offers a diverse range of community workouts as you work towards an active lifestyle.
