THE KING’S CORONATION CHARITY GALA BALL in aid of Gulf For Good and Larchfield Children’s Home, Tanzania - on Friday 5th May 2023, on board the iconic Queen Elizabeth 2! (IACAD License no. PRHCE – 001130996)


In the UK King Charles has asked that the Bank Holiday Monday (8th May) be used for “THE BIG HELP OUT” – whereby people are being asked to volunteer to help all sorts of charities and community projects – so we spoke to Gulf For Good and Larchfield Children’s Home and asked them if they’d like some help! So… for every place booked for the KING’S CORONATION CHARITY GALA BALL, we are donating a AED 50 to the Charities and we now have permission to hold an auction and raffle on the evening with proceeds going to the Charities. Please remember your credit cards!

The event promises to be an unforgettable evening, full of tradition, live entertainment, and celebration AND NOW GIVING!

Time: From 7:30 pm

Venue: Queen’s Room, QE2 Hotel, Port Rashid

Dress code: Black tie, Formal or National Dress

Age Policy:21 years+


Indulge in a delicious three-course meal, paired with house drinks (wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks) as you enjoy the entertainment.


The evening celebration will include a Royal Marines Corps of Drums, a Royal Marines Piper, a brilliant string duo, a DJ to encourage you to the dancefloor and Dubai Eye’s own Tom Urquhart will be your host for the evening. As above, the night will include Raffle prizes and an auction in aid of UAE Charity Gulf for Good and Larchfield Children's Home, Tanzania.

Event Policies:

The event voucher must be produced to gain entry to the event.

The voucher is only valid for the specific date, time, and event shown.

The voucher includes a welcome drink, a three-course meal, a three-hour beverage package, entertainment, and DJ.

The seating arrangements are tables of 10. Smaller groups will be joined with other guests.

Vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

When booking, please indicate if you would like to join another group by specifying the hostname, and let us know if you require a vegetarian meal or have any other dietary requirements.

Latecomers will be granted entry at the discretion of the duty manager.
