We loved that it was like a compilation of the greatest hits by the greatest. It was very relaxed, loved catching up with our various chef friends and meeting new ones and their work. We loved the unusual aspect that we could go through the courses at our own time. The portions were designed well, enough to give a proper appreciation of the flavours. The lounge area seating was very planned too though probably would have liked more sofa seating. Service was exceptional. It was fun, informal, high-end dining and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Can't wait for the next one.

Gault&Millau Culinary Innovators Experience the apex of Dubai's fine-dining scene

Prepare for an extraordinary culinary experience as Dubai's talented chefs unite for Gault&Millau's inaugural Culinary Innovators showcase, with the support of Dubai Calendar. This unique event, a first of its kind in the UAE, brings together 12 of Dubai's most acclaimed chefs for a spectacular three-night pop-up from 24-26 October at ICD Brookfield Place's The Space.

Guests will have the opportunity to savour an 11-course roaming tasting menu, where each chef will present a signature dish, showcasing their culinary vision and creativity. The evening will extend to the outdoor terrace, where guests can enjoy live jazz performances. With only 100 tickets available per night, this exclusive event offers an intimate journey through Dubai's outstanding culinary offerings.

Event timings: Culinary Innovators opens at 7.30pm, with last orders at 10.15pm. Bars and kitchens will close at 10.30pm.

Drop-offs and valet: Both taxi drop-offs and valet parking are available at the main entrance to ICD Brookfield Place in DIFC. On arrival, proceed through the ICD Brookfield main doors, and up the escalator to Level 1.
