By purchasing the Event ticket, you acknowledge and agree the following:

• Venue: Al Wasl Plaza – Expo City Dubai
• Event Dates : December 6th, 2025 till December 31st, 2025.
  Winter City tickets are valid only until 10:00 p.m. — All Winter City ticket holders will be required to leave the venue by 10:00 p.m., Access to the New Year's Eve celebrations is not included in the Winter City ticket and have a separate ticket.
• Event time: Doors open at 4 p.m. and close at 10 p.m.
• Winter City 2025 (“Event”) has General Admission tickets only and on a first-come, first-served basis in the Event area.
• Prices are as shown on Platinumlist website.
• Workshops included in the Ticket Price are while supplies last on first come, first served basis.
• People of Determination and one (1) carer can enjoy the Event in designated areas free of charge.
• Children aged 3 and under can have free entrance. 
• Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
• Admission is strictly valid only for the day on which the ticket has been purchased.
• Re-entry will not be allowed to ensure smooth event management.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• Tickets will be delivered via the method selected during purchase (e.g., electronic ticket, physical ticket). It is the person who is purchasing the ticket’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information for ticket delivery.
• Ticket Holders may be required a form of identification for entry. The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket.
• All ticket holders are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The Event organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the Event for inappropriate behavior without refund.
• Add Ons packages are available for purchase. Please make sure to present the relevant associated ticket to redeem from participating location in the Event.
• Bathrooms are located outside the venue, pass-outs will be provided.
• No professional photography or videography is permitted.
• Ticket Holders may be photographed or recorded during the Event. By purchasing the ticket and attend, the ticket holder consents to the use of your image or likeness in promotional materials.
• All activities undertaken and any food or beverages consumed during the Event are at the sole risk and responsibility of the ticket holder and/or their parent or legal guardian (in the case of minors).
• All arrangements are based on estimated capacity; the Organizer accepts no liability for any shortages or limitations arising from attendance exceeding planned capacity and shall not provide alternatives or refunds in such cases.
• The ticket holders are required to comply with all guidelines, policies, instructions, and regulations set forth by Expo City Dubai.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

The following items are prohibited:

• externally purchased food and beverage
• hard-cased cooler bags
• chairs/stools
• professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, or audio or video recorders
• bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm
• flags, banners, posters or signs larger than 30cm x 30cm, and flag poles of any size; content must not be offensive in any nature
• bicycles / skateboards / skates / scooters
• strollers**
• alcohol or illegal substances of any kind
• weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile
• tennis balls / golf balls / footballs / basketballs or the like
• chains and spiked wrist / neck bands or studded belts
• fireworks or flares
• laser pointers, permanent markers / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters
• drones and or other remote-controlled devices
• glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage
• motorbike helmets or balaclavas
• horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns or Vuvuzela type of noise-making devices
• umbrellas longer than 30cm (when in the closed position)
• animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs)
