• Attendance at the Event, including participation in any activities and the consumption of any food or beverages, is at the sole risk and responsibility of the ticket holder and/or their parent or legal guardian (in the case of minors).
• All event arrangements, including but not limited to supplies, activities, and catering, are planned based on an estimated capacity; the Organiser accepts no liability for any shortage, unavailability, or limitation of access resulting from attendance exceeding the planned capacity, and shall not provide alternatives, replacements, or refunds in such cases.
• By attending the Event, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded, and grant the Organiser the right to use such material for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without further consent or compensation.
• The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or claim arising from attendance at the event, except where caused by the Organiser’s proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Entry may be refused or revoked at the Organiser’s discretion for safety, security, or misconduct reasons. All attendees must comply with the instructions of event staff and security at all times.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult, who shall remain fully responsible for their safety and conduct.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by the Organiser.
• The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any delay, rescheduling, cancellation, or modification of the Event caused by weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, and no refunds or compensation shall be provided in such cases.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and the version in effect at the time of the Event shall apply.

The following items are prohibited:

• externally purchased food and beverage
• hard-cased cooler bags
• chairs/stools
• professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, or audio or video recorders
• bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm
• flags, banners, posters or signs larger than 30cm x 30cm, and flag poles of any size; content must not be offensive in any nature
• bicycles / skateboards / skates / scooters
• strollers**
• alcohol or illegal substances of any kind
• weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile
• tennis balls / golf balls / footballs / basketballs or the like
• chains and spiked wrist / neck bands or studded belts
• fireworks or flares
• laser pointers, permanent markers / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters
• drones and or other remote-controlled devices
• glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage
• motorbike helmets or balaclavas
• horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns or Vuvuzela type of noise-making devices
• umbrellas longer than 30cm (when in the closed position)
• animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs)
