Sample LOWE's unique take on local favourites from the last 50 years

LOWE has already worked its way into the hearts of the culinary cognoscenti with its passion for sustainability and fresh local produce. In celebration of Dubai Food Festival, chefs Kate Christou and Jesse Blake will be dishing up 'The Last 50', which is their own take on iconic Dubai dishes, using flavours and concepts inherent to local plates but served with their own distinctive stamp. To make this a truly immersive experience, they will also be decorating their modern space with vintage prints showing off the heritage of the UAE.
