Indian composer and singer Anirudh Ravichander is one of the foremost names in Tamil cinema. Despite his young age, Ravichander has been composing music since age 10 and has since had his work featured in several hugely popular Tamil movies.
Having studied classical piano and Carnatic music, Ravichander began writing music and landed his debut composition in his cousin’s movie ‘3’. The movie was well received and earnt Ravichander nominations for Best Music Director at the South Indian International Movie Awards, the Filmfare Awards South and the Vijay Awards. Ravichander continued his work on a number of short movies and music videos including the YouTube video ‘Tanglish’ which went viral across India.
