• No Local/cultural Dress Male & Female (Kandoora, Abaya, Hijab,scarf, Headcover) Are Not Allowed As Per Law Of Uae.
• Shorts, Slippers And Beachwear Is Not Allowed

Security Measures:

• Guests must protect their tickets to avoid loss or theft. In the event of ticket loss or theft, Platinumlist will not be responsible for replacement or refund.

• Tickets can be purchased through authorized channels only, including Platinumlist’s official website and approved ticketing partners.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All sales are final; refunds will not be granted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Events can be canceled, rescheduled, or modified according to Platinumlist’s discretion. In such cases, customers will receive notice via email or phone, and options for a refund or exchange may be offered.
• No refunds are provided unless the event is officially canceled.

General Conduct:

• Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations.
• The management reserves the right to make any necessary changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Smoking, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited inside Dubai World Trade Centre.
• The use of cameras and recording devices may be subject to restrictions.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading southwest on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), continuing straight, then taking the exit onto Al Naseem Street toward D94. From there, follow Al Falak Street and continue with a series of right and left turns. The destination will be on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: You can easily reach your destination by taking the MRed metro lines to the Al Khail Metro Station followed by a 10-minute walk. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
