Tepfactor Dubai is an indoor adventure center located within Jumeirah Beach Residence. The facility features 21 distinct challenges designed to test physical strength, mental logic, and individual patience.

Participants work in teams ranging from two to six members to complete tasks across various difficulty levels. The experience is structured to facilitate cooperative play within a controlled environment.

The venue operates as a team-based attraction where groups navigate through different themed chambers. Each cell presents a specific objective that must be fulfilled to progress through the course.
