Capoeira is the best way for kids to have fun and develop both, physical and mental abilities to its fullest!

In capoeira the little ones learn from a wide range of movements as they improve coordination, agility, rhythm and awareness, become more active, more innovative and self-assured, constantly challenge their limits and learn to co-exist and function well as part of a group.
