Friends, old and new, we welcome you all. It's been 2 years since we last danced together in The Secret Garden. Kaynouna festival is back on October 29, 2022, with the intent to spread love, hope & positivity.
Expect groovy & punchy tunes to keep us moving all night from legendary producers and DJs alike across 2 stages, the Garden stage and the Lakeside stage.
More than music, you can expect a wide array of activities to stimulate all your senses and heighten your sense of consciousness to enjoy the festival at the fullest capacity.

Reconnect MEA:
A dose of healing through creative expression. Reconnect presents Manic Expressions, a full-day art therapy that explores the relationship between creative arts and health outcomes
specifically the health effects of music engagement, visual arts therapy, movement-based
creative expression, and expressive writing.
You can also catch a Speed Date with qualified practitioners if you arrive early enough (3PM – 5PM), and even a Flo arts workshop (5PM – 7PM) for those who like to have a little extra fun on the dance floor!
Xtatic Groove:
A sacred co-creative community space of radical inclusion where freeform ecstatic dance, movement, meditation, and social space, merge into a magically unique experience. Don’t miss their program from 4:00PM to 5:45PM.
Tattva Yoga Ashram:
Experience and participate in chanting meditation and smudging that cleanses the space from negative energy, led by one of Dubai’s best practitioners, Diggy, from Tatva Yoga.
Dubai Handpan Family:
There’s a good chance that you have heard the beautiful sounds of the handpan, also called hang (drum) or pantam before, and an even bigger chance that you are in love with this instrument’s calming, beautiful and peaceful sounds. This is your chance to try it for yourself. Join the Dubai handpan family’s circle at Kaynouna and let’s create beautiful rhythms together!

Calligraphy (Workshop & Body Paint):
Learn calligraphy techniques and design your own Kaynouna branded tote bags! And also, get a chance to your body painted with Arabic tribal art.
Loud Mood (Tie-dye Wokshop):
Get funky and design your own tie-dye t-shirt with Loud Mood, a perfect activity for us adults and the little ones!
FloArt:
Coexisting is a key principle for us at Kaynouna, FloArt will embody the four elements of nature (fire, wind, water, earth) on a canvas, where it will set the tone and inspire you to express yourself and be part of the community.
It will be followed with a bonding session with body & face art, focused on your elements, where we will explore the floor with matching elements/artwork and openly discuss to boost connectedness and unity.
Yogi Truck:
Partake in a gentle flow to help you release tension, connect with your body, stretch your mind, calm your nervous system, and help you find a new level of calmness within.
90 minutes of Yoga practice followed by 30 minutes of breathing techniques and 30 minutes of Meditation, allowing you to feel the present moment and simply be the witness, recharging your energy and redirecting you back to Yourself.
Dazzle It Up: Get your festive look done from head to toe at Kaynouna for free. Expect a face and body glitter station, as well as a festive hair braid station.
