• Adult Ticket: AED 580
• Kids Ticket: AED 370 (for children between the ages of 5 to 12)
• Children below 5 years old receive complimentary entry; however, they must also book tickets and collect a badge to access the venue.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or transferred for commercial gain or usage.
• One ticket is valid for the collection of one badge.
• Tickets cannot be used as entry to the event venue. Badges are required to be presented to enter the event.
• Each badge permits entry for one person only through the designated entry gate: Downtown Gate 1 (Dubai Opera Gate).
• The ticket holder must be in possession of a valid badge to enter Burj Park.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 holding a valid badge.
• Children and infants under the age of 5 will be granted free access to Burj Park when accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 holding a valid badge. Such adult/parent takes full responsibility for that child.
• Each paid ticket holder will be entitled to one F&B credit voucher: Adult: AED 60 and Children: AED 30.

• Badges can be collected from Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, and Dubai Marina Mall between December 26th and December 30th, 2024. Badge collection will not be available on December 31st. Please refer to our website for more information {www.mydubainewyear.emaar.com}
• Badge collection is mandatory for entry to the event.
• Scanned tickets with collected badges will not be reissued, including any lost badges. Ticket holders must handle their tickets and badges carefully.

To make your arrival smooth, we recommend getting to the venue by 5PM at the latest. Please check the latest updates from the Road and Transport Authority (RTA) on road closures.

Before 5PM: You can park in public parking areas along Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Zabeel Parking, or Fountain Views. Parking on first-come, first-served basis.

After 5PM: Parking will be available at Al Wasl Club Parking and Al Meydan- Falcon Heritage and Sports Centre. Shuttle buses will transfer you to the venue. You must present your badge with you to use the shuttle service and get off at Dubai Opera bus stop.

Important:  Keep your badge with you to access the shuttle bus after the celebrations. You will not be able to use the shuttle bus services without your badge.

Metro: The metro will be running but may close at authorities’ discretion*.

Taxis: Taxis will operate as normal before road closures but will not be able to access Downtown once closures are in effect.

* Please keep checking the Road and Transport Authority (RTA) website for the most recent information on road closures, public transport status, and timings.*

• The event will take place on December 31st at Burj Park, Downtown Dubai.
• Doors will open at 12PM, with final entry at 8PM.
• The event is outdoors and will feature live entertainment, food and beverage trucks, and restrooms. If arriving from 12PM, appropriate sun protection is recommended.
• The event is subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. 
• Weather-related updates or changes to the event schedule will be announced on our official website and social media channels.

• All attendees must comply with law and observe the rules, policies and procedures of the Event Venue including in relation to health and safety and any reasonable instructions issued by EMAAR and/or the management of the Event Venue.
• EMAAR reserves the right to remove anyone disruptive, abusive, or in violation of the code of conduct without a refund.
• EMAAR reserves the right to recover from you any loss or damage incurred or suffered by it and the Event Venue or any other Participants as a result of your conduct at the Event or failure to comply with these Terms. In such circumstances, a Participant shall not be entitled to a refund of any Fees.
• EMAAR reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission / evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly / inappropriate or who poses a threat to the security or enjoyment of other event attendees.

• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal substances
• Alcohol
• Glass containers fireworks or other explosives
• Pets
• Professional photography and recording equipment (e.g., tripods, drones) without prior authorization
• Laser Pointers, permanent markers / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters
• Horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns or Vuvuzela type of noise making devices
• Flags, banners, posters or signs larger than 30cm x 30cm, flagpole not attached, and content must not be offensive in any nature
• Outside food and beverages (except for necessary baby items)
• Cigarettes and other smoking devices are permitted but can only be consumed in designated smoking areas

• All attendees are subject to bag checks and screening upon entry.
• Security personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone in possession of prohibited items.
• Security reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who purchases an event ticket from any unauthorized source, including a ticket scalper.
