How can I buy tickets?

The Promoters are committed to combating unethical secondary ticketing and resale. We will be operating a names-on-tickets policy on tickets sold ONLY via Platinumlist.

When will tickets go on sale?

SEPHORiA tickets will go on sale from September 17th at 5:00 PM GST.

How much are the tickets?

Ticket prices are AED 300 for Beauty Access and AED 600 for the VIP Package. Each ticket grants you access to one day of the event (you can choose your day).

How many tickets can I buy?

There’s a strict limit of 10 tickets per person. To enter SEPHORiA, your entire group must arrive together as the name on your tickets must match either your own or someone in your party.

Please note that any and all transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit, or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit will be cancelled.

We want to go as a bigger group/family?

Each person can purchase up to 10 tickets. If you need more, someone else in your group will need to make an additional purchase.

Can I buy tickets as a gift?

If you're buying the tickets as gifts, please make sure to use your recipient's name when purchasing (not your own). For entry into Sephoria, the name on the ticket must match the ID of the person attending.

What are the entry requirements?

Your Sephoria tickets can only be accessed on the Platinumlist app. Please make sure to bring your fully charged phone to the event as screenshots and/or printed copies will not be accepted. Reminder that the name on your tickets must match either your own or someone in your party so that you can enter Sephoria.

What are the age restrictions?

Guests must be at least 10 years old to attend SEPHORiA and must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Tickets can only be purchased by someone 18 or older—so if you are under 18, an adult will need to buy the ticket for you.

I can’t find my confirmation email?

Confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to appear in your mailbox. Please also make sure to check your Junk and/or Spam folder as emails may end up there. If you are still unable to find your confirmation email, contact the Platinumlist Customer Services team. If you are unsure which company you bought your tickets from, this is usually displayed on your credit card statement or bank statement.

I can’t access my ticket(s)?

Access to tickets will be only through the Platinumlist App and QR codes will be released only 48 hours before the event. If you are still unable to access your tickets, please contact the Platinumlist Customer Service Team at Platinumlist.net or on WhatsApp +971501408768.

What if I lose my ticket before Sephoria?
Log into the Platinumlist app with the same email address used when purchasing your tickets. All event tickets should be available on the app.  If you are still unable to find your tickets, please contact the Platinumlist Customer Service Team at Platinumlist.net or on WhatsApp +9715014087688.

When will I receive my Sephoria ticket(s)?
Your ticket(s) can only be accessed on the Platinumlist app through a QR code that will appear 48 hours before the event. For your protection, the app prevents screenshots of this QR code. Please refer to your confirmation email for more information.

Are cameras allowed?

Yes cameras are allowed at Sephoria but video cameras are not permitted unless expressly authorized at Sephora’s discretion.

How early should we turn up?

Please check the Platinumlist website for door opening times and allow yourself plenty of time to get in before the start of the event.

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes the Sephoria venue is wheelchair accessible.

What else are you doing to combat the secondary market?

Your ticket(s) are linked to your account with Platinumlist. This means your ticket and the individual information you gave when you purchased are linked. If a ticket is resold in any method other than via official face-value return to Platinumlist (if approved), you will be refused entry to the venue.

Terms & Conditions

• All ticket sales are final, binding, and strictly non-refundable.
• Admission is restricted to individuals aged 10 years and above. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 years or older.
• Official event entry QR codes will be issued no earlier than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event date.
• Beauty Swag Bag QR codes will be distributed exclusively to verified ticket holders forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event date. This QR code is valid solely for swag bag redemption and does not constitute, or substitute for, event entry.
• VIP Appearance schedule will be open separately. Check your email for updates. Check out the VIP appearence schedule to choose which session(s) you’d like to attend. Limited seats available.
• Admission will solely be based on online booking confirmation.

• Patrons are solely responsible for safeguarding their tickets to prevent loss, damage, or theft. Platinumlist assumes no responsibility for replacement or refund in such cases.

• Screenshot of app tickets is not allowed at all and will result in denial of entry. Tickets are considered canceled upon first valid use, and no refunds will be issued.

• Once validated for entry, tickets cannot be re-used or re-entered.

• All patrons must hold a valid ticket for admission into the event.

• Tickets must be purchased exclusively through authorized channels, including Platinumlist’s official website and approved ticketing partners.

• Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will only be considered if the event is officially canceled or rescheduled.

• To gain access to the event you are required to download the Platinumlist App from IOS or Playstore.
