Carols by Candlelight is Expo City Dubai’s much-awaited yearly festive concert. Under the magical dome of Al Wasl Plaza, enjoy timeless carols and the enchanting sounds of the Firdaus Orchestra, bringing joy and festive cheer to families and visitors of all ages. Everyone joins together, singing along and sharing in the warmth and magic of the season.

This year, when it seems the magic couldn’t grow any brighter, the Candy Cane Comet falters, crashing softly into the heart of Winter City. Its glow fades and the air stills until the children, guided by Santa and inspired by their belief, come together to restore it. Piece by piece, their wonder and song bring the light back, brighter than ever, filling Winter City and Carols by Candlelight with joy, music, and the true spirit of the season.

Keep an eye out for surprise appearances from Santa and Mrs. Claus!

*A ticket for Carols by Candlelight includes admission to the Winter City event at Expo City Dubai. Kindly present your Carols by Candlelight ticket at the Winter City entrance for event access. Please note that entry to Winter City is valid only on the same day as the Carols by Candlelight ticket purchase.

This is the ultimate Carols experience, an exclusive candlelight dinner offering the best seats in the house, where guests can enjoy a truly exclusive front-row setting, indulge in a beautifully curated festive menu, and be immersed in the magic up close, surrounded by a symphony of live performances, glowing projections, and timeless carols.

Ticket holders are expected to maintain a respectful and appropriate standard of dress that reflects the atmosphere of the event, ensuring clothing is modest and inoffensive, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for non-compliance

Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket for the specified date and performance time. Each ticket grants access solely for the designated session, and attendees must vacate the Venue promptly at the end of their performance.
Children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket for entry under General Admission (subject to capacity and seating availability).
People of Determination and one accompanying person are entitled to complimentary access within General Admission, provided both hold valid prebooked tickets.
All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be resold.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If your ticket includes an Add-On, please present it for redemption at the designated outlet.
Prohibited items include outside food or drinks, strollers, chairs or stools, professional cameras, large bags (over 30×30×15 cm), drones, fireworks, weapons, alcohol, and any dangerous or disruptive objects.
Attendees may be photographed or filmed during the Event. By entering, you consent to the use of your image or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
Attendance and participation are at your own risk. The Organizer and Expo City Dubai accept no responsibility or liability for injury, loss, damage, allergies, or other incidents arising from attendance or participation.
Guests must follow all staff instructions and comply with Expo City Dubai’s safety and security rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person not complying with these Terms or causing disruption.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or modify the Event, activities, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Limited Capacity. The Candlelight Dinner has limited seating. Entry is confirmed only upon successful ticket purchase.
Ticket Requirement for All Ages. A valid ticket is required for all attendees, including infants and children aged 0–3 years.
Inclusions. The Candlelight Dinner includes access to the Carols by Candlelight show, Winter City, and the designated VIP seating area with dining tables.
Seating Area Restrictions. Due to safety and space limitations, baby strollers, coats, and wheelchairs are not permitted in the VIP bleacher seating area. Guests requiring accessible seating must purchase tickets in the designated accessible areas.
F&B Conditions. Menu items are fixed and subject to availability. Expo City Dubai cannot guarantee accommodation of specific dietary requests. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. In the event of a no-show, no refunds or food substitutions will be provided.
Non-Refundable. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the event is cancelled by Expo City Dubai.
Operational Changes. Expo City Dubai may adjust event timings, program elements, or seating arrangements for operational, safety, or weather-related reasons. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
Photography & Media. The event may be filmed or photographed for promotional use. Attendance implies consent to appear in such recordings..
Safety Compliance and Liability. Guests must follow all on-site instructions. Expo City Dubai may refuse entry or remove any non-compliant guest. Expo City Dubai is not responsible for lost or unattended items.

By car: To reach your destination, start by driving along Expo Rd/E77. Continue straight to Boulevard 2020. Follow Boulevard 2020 until you reach VSA 3 Road. From there, take Exhibition Boulevard and continue until you arrive at your destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: To reach your destination, you can take the MRed 1 line towards the EXPO 2020 Metro Station 2 bus stop and take a short 10-minute walk from there.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or using a ride-hailing app.
